This is one of my favorite things to make when I have company over... It is so colourful, and even tastier than it looks!
It is cold avocado soup, with lime and hot peppers.... hummmmmmmmmmm! Perfect as an appetizer before sushi or any seafood.

My colourful touch... at work!
Last July, the corporate offices were I work moved... and I got to put my personnal touch on our new employee lounge/kitchen, and also in the reception area. It a bit toned down from what MY taste actually is, but I am still pretty proud of the end result!
