Well I wouldn't exactly call myself an expert quilter, but a few weeks ago I was in a pinch and needed a gift for my friend's newborn son. After rummaging through fabric scraps I decided I would make him a baby blanket quilt. I used mostly recycled t-shirt fabric, so it was eco-friendly as well! And I just love the color scheme blues and teal and beige and brown. So modern!
